Bay Meadows is a STEAM Career Academy. Teachers integrate cross curricular learning opportunities through the exploration of STEAM careers (science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics), STEAM project-based learning through thematic units of study and quarterly STEAM challenges provide engaging opportunities for our students.  Students are being prepared for 21st Century careers and the necessary skills of problem solving, critical thinking and collaboration.  In addition to art integration in their classroom, students experience art, music, dance and traditional physical education each week.  The work learned is highlighted through the STEAM Arts Showcase night for each grade level held throughout the year.
